Richard C. “Dick” Cook
Dick Cook is an executive consultant to companies in the high tech industry in the areas of strategic planning and the roles of the C-level executive. Dick served for 12 years as Director, President, and CEO of MAPICS, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM: MAPX). Prior to his tenure with MAPICS, Dick spent 25 years at IBM in a number of management and executive positions, including a key director role in the introduction of the IBM Personal Computer. Today, Dick serves on the boards of many well-known technology companies. Dick earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University, where he has been inducted into the Business School Hall of Fame.
Joe Juliano
Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of PrimeRevenue, Mr. Juliano is responsible for the company's overall corporate direction and performance. He brings a wealth of business, industry and management experience to the company, including executive-level positions with Ariba, Inc., the world's leading spend management solutions provider, FreeMarkets, Inc., Intelisys, Inc., a B2B procurement technology company (where he also served on the company's Australiasia Board of Directors) and supply chain provider Telesis Software.
Mr. Juliano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westminster College and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mike Potts
Mike Potts is a 25 year industry veteran and sits on a number of boards and advisory boards in the tech industry. Most recently he served as president and CEO of AirDefense and oversaw the breakthrough wireless security growth of 300% in 2.5 years and the strategic acquisition of the company by Motorola (NYSE:MOT) in September 2008. Previously, Potts served as CEO of Clickfox, an analytic solutions provider, and as President of Jacada (NASDAQ: JCDA), a software integration company that he helped grow from one hundred thousand to over $25 million in revenue and successfully complete the company’s IPO on NASDAQ. Prior to that, he spent seven years at MSA, a financial application software company subsequently acquired by Dun and Bradstreet (NYSE: DNB).
Mike received his BBA from the University of Georgia in 1984 with a Major in Marketing.
Sever Totia
Sever Totia leads investments in enterprise software and business services companies for Edison Venture Fund. He brings over 12 years of technology operating and investment experience, and serves on the boards of numerous technology companies. Prior to joining Edison, Sever was with Lazard Technology Partners, a $400M early stage venture fund, where he co-led the enterprise software investment practice. Before joining Lazard in 2000, he held multiple product management leadership roles with Thomson Financial Equity Research Products division.
Sever received a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.
