Jeff Jarvis – President & CEO
As Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Agentek, Jeff Jarvis is responsible for the company’s overall direction and performance. His leadership background includes building revenue growth through process and customer service improvements, and company growth through mergers, acquisitions.
Jeff established his technology bona fides at IBM, where he held a number of senior management roles in the company’s Personal Computer Business. From there, Jeff moved on to GM and COO positions at SupportSoft (Enterprise Software); Core Networks (Cable/Broadband OSS Software); and Com21 (Cable/Broadband Technology and Systems Networks).
Jeff has a BS in Engineering from University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Washington.
Van Nguyen - Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Van Nguyen founded Agentek in 1995 after more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and IT management experience, beginning with software and business development at AT&T. Van held subsequent leadership positions at Par Microsystems, where he was instrumental in promoting and developing key technologies that assisted in the company’s rapid growth. Van graduated from the University of Houston and holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Jon VerSteeg - Chief Financial Officer
Jon VerSteeg serves as Agentek’s Chief Financial Officer. Jon brings 22 years of high-tech finance experience to Agentek, including publicly held and venture-backed companies like VistaScape Security Systems, QCept Technologies, Internet Security Systems (ISS), and Digital Communications Associates (DCA). Jon holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Paul King - Vice President, Products and Engineering
Paul King serves as Agentek’s Vice-President of Products and Engineering and is responsible for the company’s product vision, strategy, and development. With more than 20 years of software experience, he has led the development and deployment of numerous large-scale, enterprise software products. Prior to joining Agentek, Paul held senior leadership positions in software engineering and architecture for Inovis, Infor Global Solutions, and MAPICS, where he played an important leadership role in the architectural design and implementation of their ERP and CRM software products. Paul holds a B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering from the University of Alabama.
Darcy MacClaren - Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales for Agentek, Darcy MacClaren leads the company’s worldwide sales and alliance activities. With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology sales and service, Darcy has a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today's large organizations. Her sales leadership background includes building and maintaining high performance sales teams to drive revenue growth and establish long-term business relationships. Prior to joining Agentek, Darcy was Vice President of Process Enterprise Sales and Service at Infor Global Solutions, and Vice President of sales at G-Log, Manugistics, and Numetrix. Darcy has a BA in Economics from St Lawrence University and an MBA from the SUNY Buffalo.
