Real-Time Visibility of the Delivery
Proof of delivery is one of the most vital components in route accounting. When you need to confirm the quantity or even existence of a delivery, a robust system of record management is the only way in which proof can be acquired usually in the standard form of a signature. Problems with a paper-based system are that, often times, whole rooms need to be set aside for filing receipts and keeping track of the records requires a good system.
Real-Time Information at the Point of Delivery
Agent Route Accounting™ electronically captures the signature and allows for a printed receipt with the signature for the customer. All the information is then sent real-time to be stored in a database for future reference.
With Agent Route Accounting, a single representative can efficiently serve the customer, accept purchase orders, issue invoices, collect payments, provide the highest level of customer service and increase the number of sites a driver can visit each day.Real-Time ROI Benefits:
